All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
Registration will be required at point of check out. This gives you access to some of our services and features available and makes your shopping experience even easier. Please ensure you provide accurate and true information about yourself. Once you proceed to check out, if you have a promotional code enter it in.
These promotional codes are given to our subscribers therefore it is important to register to our mailing list. Once you proceed to payment, you will receive confirmation of your order via email (immediately after).
Then simply relax and wait for your parcel to arrive.

Pretty Mess will accept payment via After Pay, credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Order Cancellation
Once your order is processed you may not alter, change of address inclusive, or cancel an order without contacting Pretty Mess and receiving written consent. Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once items have been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order
Each order receives a confirmation receipt via email immediately after you make a purchase. Once your order has been dispatched Pretty Mess will then send another email with dispatch confirmation and appropriate tracking information if available.
